Donald Trump said on October 22 that Elon Musk had removed the speed restrictions on Ukraine’s military Starlink service after the two reportedly spoke. Ukrainian officials and military sources said the same limit was still in place, with connectivity still being lost at around 161 km/h, and no full restoration had been confirmed.
