Borys Filatov
Borys Filatov is a Ukrainian politician and lawyer who has served as mayor of Dnipro since November 2015. Before entering politics he worked in business, including in legal and media ventures, and served as a Verkhovna Rada deputy for the UKROP party, which he co-founded. As mayor he has been associated with municipal infrastructure reforms and outspoken criticism of central government.
