Beatrix von Storch is a German politician and one of the leading figures of the right-wing populist party Alternative for Germany (AfD). She serves as deputy leader of the AfD parliamentary group in the Bundestag and represents the party's far-right, Eurosceptic wing. Von Storch is known for her strongly critical positions on EU migration policy and European integration, as well as for her opposition to sanctions against Russia.

AfD confirms talks with Gazprom on resuming Russian gas supplies to Germany
The far-right German party Alternative for Germany (AfD) confirmed it is negotiating with Gazprom about the possible resumption of Russian natural gas deliveries to Germany. AfD's foreign policy spokesperson Markus Frohnmaier met with Gazprom chairman Alexei Miller in Russia, and deputy faction chair Beatrix von Storch told DW the party wants to resume trade with Moscow to secure affordable energy.
