Denmark to guarantee $112.6m loan for Fire Point rocket-fuel plant
Denmark's government will guarantee a loan of around 750 million kroner (approximately $112.6 million) for a Danish subsidiary of Ukrainian defence manufacturer Fire Point to build and operate a rocket-fuel plant in Southern Jutland. Financing will flow through the Danish Export and Investment Fund (EIFO), with production at the new plant planned to begin by the end of 2027. Danish Defence Minister Jeppe Bruus said locating production abroad would help Ukraine protect its supply chains from Russian attacks.
