Andrey Bocharov
Andrey Bocharov is a Russian state official who has served as Governor of Volgograd Oblast since 2014. Before his appointment to the regional leadership, he was a State Duma deputy from the United Russia party. He previously took part in military operations in Chechnya and headed the operational headquarters in Volgograd Oblast during preparations for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
