Ukraine says Starlink restrictions were lifted after Oslo talks with US and European allies
Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky said restrictions on Starlink and Starshield were lifted following negotiations in Oslo on October 20. By 05:20 on October 24, Starlink speed had reached 420 km/h, while Ukraine and the United States resumed intelligence exchanges on Russian ballistic strikes. A shortage of air defenses remained unresolved.
