Proton-Elekroteks plant in Oryol hit again as Ukrainian drones strike Saratov refinery
Ukrainian missiles and drones struck industrial targets in Russia overnight into 7 November, triggering explosions and fires at the Proton-Elekroteks plant in Oryol and at the Saratov oil refinery. The Oryol plant was already hit on 23 October, when the General Staff said its main microchip workshop was destroyed. Both targets are linked to Russia's defence industry and fuel production.
