Zaporizhzhia Pedagogical Technical School
The Zaporizhzhia Pedagogical Vocational College is a Ukrainian institution of vocational pre-higher education located in Zaporizhzhia. Russian drones hit Zaporizhzhia overnight, destroying heritage university building and shopping mall
Russian forces struck Zaporizhzhia with drones overnight on September 21, hitting two nine-story apartment buildings, a shopping mall, and three buildings of Zaporizhzhia National University. Building No. 3 of ZNU, an early-20th-century cultural heritage site originally built in 1902, sustained a direct hit and burned down. Initial reports cited one person injured, then officials raised the toll to five (three men and two women), with at least one later update citing six. The strike was part of a nationwide overnight Russian drone barrage of 172 UAVs.
