Volyn Oblast Military Administration
The Volyn Oblast Military Administration is an executive authority body in Ukraine's Volyn Oblast, established under martial law to coordinate defence and regional governance. It is headed by a chief appointed by presidential decree. The administration directs local government bodies, maintains critical infrastructure and liaises with the Armed Forces. It is based in Lutsk.

Russia launches massive overnight attack on Ukraine, hitting Kyiv and energy infrastructure
Russia attacked Ukraine overnight on October 22 with ballistic weapons and 210 drones, killing one person and injuring more than 20 in Kyiv. The strikes damaged residential, commercial, emergency-service and transport infrastructure, while attacks on energy facilities disrupted electricity across several regions.

Russian drone strikes on Volyn kill one, knock out power to hundreds of thousands across Lutsk region
In the night of 15–16 October, Russia launched an attack with roughly 20 drones on Volyn Oblast in northwestern Ukraine. The private agricultural company "Agrofruct LTD" in Manevychi was hit, killing one person and injuring eight, while an enterprise with foreign investments in Lutsk was also struck. Lutsk was left fully without electricity, public transport was suspended, and water supply was disrupted. Local authorities initially warned of a possible ammonia leak at the Manevychi site before retracting the warning.

Russian drone strike near Yahodyn border crossing prompts Polish military scramble, airport shutdowns
On 28 September, a Russian reactive drone struck near the Yahodyn international border crossing on the Ukrainian-Polish border in Volyn Oblast. Poland scrambled military aviation, placed air-defence and radar systems on alert, and suspended operations at Rzeszów and Lublin airports. No casualties were reported, but the blast wave damaged the entry-terminal building of the checkpoint, according to the head of the Volyn Oblast Military Administration.
