Volyn Oblast Military Administration
The Volyn Oblast Military Administration is an executive authority body in Ukraine's Volyn Oblast, established under martial law to coordinate defence and regional governance. It is headed by a chief appointed by presidential decree. The administration directs local government bodies, maintains critical infrastructure and liaises with the Armed Forces. It is based in Lutsk.

Russian drones hit railway infrastructure in Lutsk and Fastiv; passengers evacuated, no casualties reported
On 12 September, Russian drones struck railway infrastructure in Lutsk (Volyn Oblast) and Fastiv (Kyiv Oblast), Ukrzaliznytsia reported. Passengers and staff were evacuated in advance and no casualties were recorded at the two sites. The head of Ukrzaliznytsia, Oleksandr Pertsovskyi, confirmed the hits publicly, and Volyn officials warned residents of a large-scale drone attack.
