Verkhovna Rada Committee on Law Enforcement Activities

The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Law Enforcement Activities is a standing committee of the Ukrainian parliament responsible for shaping legislation governing the country's prosecutor general's office, police, security services and other law-enforcement bodies. It is tasked, among other things, with producing conclusions on the appointment and dismissal of the prosecutor general and the heads of the security agencies. The committee is chaired by a member of parliament elected by the chamber from among its deputies.
