Venice Commission
The Venice Commission is the Council of Europe's advisory body on constitutional law, established in 1990. Its full name is the European Commission for Democracy through Law, and it operates from Venice and Strasbourg. It issues opinions on draft legislation and constitutional reforms in Council of Europe member states and beyond, including Ukraine.
