Ukrainian authorities searched the homes of two Kyivteploenergo employees and workers at contractors as part of an investigation into alleged theft and misappropriation of budget funds through inflated construction material costs. The Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office said no searches occurred at the utility's offices and no documents were seized, contradicting the Kyiv City State Administration and the enterprise.
