Ukraine is preparing to introduce dynamic electricity pricing for consumers with smart meters, with the transition to be voluntary. Separately, the UN is weighing underground storage for humanitarian aid after ten of its warehouses in Ukraine were destroyed in strikes in 2026, UN humanitarian coordinator Matthias Schmale said.
