Ukraine says Belarus has reactivated signal repeaters boosting Russian drones
Ukraine's State Border Guard Service says Belarus has turned signal repeaters back on that boost Russian Shahed and Gerber-type drones, allowing them to strike deeper into western Ukraine, including the Yahodyn border crossing with Poland. The service's spokesperson, Andrii Demchenko, said the repeaters had previously been switched off after a warning from President Zelensky in June. Demchenko stressed there is no Belarusian offensive grouping near the border ready to invade.
