Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority
The Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (AMPU) is the state-owned operator of Ukraine's sea ports, responsible for managing port infrastructure, water areas and approach canals. It reports to the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine. As the owner of strategic port facilities, it is tasked with their maintenance and development. Operating under Russia's full-scale invasion, the authority has had the work of several ports suspended or restricted since 2022.
