Ukrainian caucus
The Ukrainian Caucus in the United States Congress is a bipartisan informal grouping of lawmakers focused on U.S. policy toward Ukraine and on supporting Kyiv against Russian aggression. Its Senate co-chairs have included Richard Blumenthal and the Republican Lindsey Graham, who has been associated with legislation imposing punitive tariffs on countries that purchase Russian energy products.
