State Service of Ukraine for Medicines and Drug Control
The State Service for Medicines and Drugs Control is a central executive body of Ukraine responsible for the state registration of medicines, quality control of pharmaceutical products, and regulation of the circulation of narcotic substances. It operates under the Ministry of Health. Its main tasks include licensing the manufacture, import and wholesale trade of medicines and overseeing compliance with pharmaceutical legislation.
