The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine is the central executive body responsible for shaping and implementing the country's foreign policy. It is led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, who represents Ukraine in international relations and oversees its diplomatic missions abroad. South Korea recalls ambassador from Ukraine over POW-transfer dispute and fuel-sanctions row
