Ukraine Facility
The Ukraine Facility is an EU financial support programme for Ukraine, established in 2024 as part of the European Union's budget framework. It runs from 2024 to 2027 and combines grants and loans to support macroeconomic stability, reconstruction and defence needs. The instrument is also tied to reform conditions in areas such as the rule of law, anti-corruption and public finance management.
