SpaceX imposes speed cap on Starshield terminals used by Ukrainian military without warning
On the night of October 14, SpaceX unilaterally imposed a speed cap of 100 mph (around 160 km/h) on Starshield, the military package of Starlink, used by Ukraine's Defense Forces. The restriction, applied without prior warning, disrupted UAV missions, frontline logistics and drone-interceptor operations, and drew sharp reactions from President Zelensky and Polish Foreign Minister Sikorski.
