TCC and SP
TCC and SP (Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support) is a regional body of military administration of the Ukrainian Armed Forces responsible for registering conscripts, mobilising citizens into military service, and providing social support to servicemembers and their families. The centers were created in 2024 as part of the reform of the former military commissariats. TCC and SP units operate in every Ukrainian region and are subordinated to the respective operational commands and the General Staff of the Armed Forces. Their work frequently becomes a subject of public debate in connection with mobilisation measures.
