TCC
TCC is an abbreviation for "Territorial Centre of Recruitment and Social Support," the successor to the Soviet-era military commissariats in Ukraine. Since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion in 2022, these bodies have been responsible for mobilisation, maintaining records of conscripts and reservists, and processing citizens called up for military service. They fall under the command of the Ukrainian Ground Forces, and their officers — often in uniform — conduct document checks and hand out summonses in public spaces, making TCCs one of the most visible parts of Ukraine's mobilisation system.
