Ukraine and Russia complete joint humanitarian evacuation from occupied Oleshky
Ukraine and Russia carried out a joint humanitarian mission in occupied Oleshky under a localized ceasefire, delivering aid and evacuating civilians. The operation ended on October 31, after Ukrainian evacuees and the Ukrainian delegation crossed into Chernihiv Oblast. Some residents chose to remain in the city, where humanitarian support was to continue.
