Transneft–Upper Volga
Transneft–Upper Volga is a subsidiary of the Russian state-owned oil pipeline company Transneft, responsible for operating trunk oil pipelines and pumping stations in the Volga–Ural region of European Russia. It carries out oil transportation within Transneft's pipeline system across several central Russian oblasts.

Mass drone attack on Moscow and Moscow Oblast hits largest regional oil depot, forces airport shutdowns
On the night of October 5–6, 2025, Moscow and Moscow Oblast came under a mass drone attack lasting several hours. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said about 650 drones flew toward the region, with 105 shot down on approach to the capital. A fire broke out at LPDS 'Volodarskaya,' the largest oil depot in Moscow Oblast, and four Moscow-area airports suspended operations. Moscow Oblast Governor Andrey Vorobyov reported one death, six injuries, and damage to more than 10 private houses.
