ATESH reports sabotage at substation powering Russian missile-fuel plant
Agents of the Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar military movement ATESH reported damaging distribution equipment at a substation in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Russia's Rostov region. The substation supplies electricity to Kamensk Combined Plant, which produces solid rocket fuel for several missile and aviation systems.
