Togliattikauchuk
Tol'yattikauchuk is a Russian chemical plant located in Togliatti, Samara Oblast, and one of the country's largest producers of synthetic rubber. The enterprise is part of the SIBUR group (previously owned by Yukos). It manufactures butadiene-styrene and isoprene rubbers used primarily in tire production.
