Togliattikauchuk
Tol'yattikauchuk is a Russian chemical plant located in Togliatti, Samara Oblast, and one of the country's largest producers of synthetic rubber. The enterprise is part of the SIBUR group (previously owned by Yukos). It manufactures butadiene-styrene and isoprene rubbers used primarily in tire production.

Ukrainian drones attacked the Russian city of Omsk more than 2,500 kilometers from Ukraine’s border, causing fires at the Omsk Kauchuk petrochemical plant and the OZON logistics hub. Omsk Governor Vitaliy Khotsenko said the drones reached the city’s northern industrial hub, while Russian air defenses and emergency services responded. Ukraine did not comment on the attack.
