Toltyattikauchuk
Toltyattikauchuk is a Russian petrochemical plant located in Togliatti, Samara Oblast. It is part of the Sibur group and is one of the largest producers of synthetic rubbers in Russia, manufacturing butadiene-styrene, isoprene and other types of synthetic rubber used in tire production and rubber goods.
