Territorial Centre of Recruitment and Social Support (TCC and SP)
The Territorial Centre of Recruitment and Social Support (TCC and SP) is a regional body of Ukraine's military administration responsible for the registration of conscripts and reservists, the conduct of mobilisation, and the provision of social support to servicemembers and their families. The centres operate at the oblast level and fall under the corresponding oblast military administrations and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, their role in the mobilisation effort has expanded considerably, and the centres have become a frequent subject of public debate over how mobilisation is carried out.
