Territorial Centre of Recruitment and Social Support (TCC)
The Territorial Centre of Recruitment and Social Support (TCC) is a regional body within Ukraine's military administration responsible for registering conscripts, carrying out mobilization, and providing social support to service members and their families. TCCs operate under the oblast-level territorial recruitment centres, which form part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, the centres' role in mobilization has expanded significantly, making them a frequent subject of public debate. Their predecessors were known as military commissariats.
