Territorial Centers of Recruitment and Social Support
The Territorial Centers of Recruitment and Social Support (TCC) are regional military administration bodies in Ukraine responsible for mobilising citizens into the Armed Forces of Ukraine and providing social support to service members and veterans. They operate as territorial units of the Armed Forces under the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. Following Russia's full-scale invasion in 2022, the TCCs took on a prominent role in carrying out mobilisation measures, including serving draft notices and overseeing conscription, making them a recurring subject of public discussion about military service.
