Tatneft is one of Russia's largest oil companies, headquartered in Almetyevsk in the Republic of Tatarstan. Ukrainian drones attacked the Tolyattikauchuk petrochemical complex in Tolyatti, Samara region, late on October 23 into early October 24, 2026. A major fire broke out on the plant's territory, and industrial infrastructure was damaged. Tolyatti's mayor said there were no casualties or injuries.
