Ceasefire opens way to humanitarian mission in occupied Oleshky
Ukraine and Russia began a local ceasefire in occupied Oleshky, Kherson region, on October 27 to enable demining, humanitarian deliveries, the possible evacuation of residents and the removal of bodies held in the local hospital. The agreement provides for regular humanitarian operations in the region, while the precise start of the operational phase, evacuation route and residents’ legal status remain unresolved.
