Sibur
Sibur is Russia's largest integrated petrochemical company, processing by-products of oil and gas extraction into polyolefins, plastics and synthetic rubbers. Its production facilities are concentrated in Western Siberia, close to the main feedstock sources. The company's principal shareholders include Russian businessman Leonid Mikhelson.
