Swiss Arbitration Centre
An international arbitration institution based in Geneva that administers investor-state dispute settlement proceedings under bilateral investment treaties. It evolved from the former ICSID framework and began operating as an independent Swiss-based body in 2021 under the auspices of the Swiss Confederation. Sovereign states, including Ukraine, have brought investment-treaty cases before it.
