Sumy Regional Military Administration
The Sumy Regional Military Administration is a regional body of state executive authority in Ukraine, operating in Sumy Oblast under martial law. It is headed by a chief appointed by the President of Ukraine. The administration manages regional affairs, coordinates local government bodies and is responsible for defence and civil protection of the population.

Russian guided bombs strike Sumy apartment block, killing two city council employees
Russian forces struck the city of Sumy with guided aerial bombs on the evening of September 18, hitting a residential building in the Kovpakivskyi district. Two employees of the Sumy City Council were killed and several residents, including children, were injured.
