Sumy Oblast Military Administration
The Sumy Oblast Military Administration is an executive authority body in Sumy Oblast, established in 2022 for the duration of martial law. It exercises the powers of the oblast council and the oblast state administration in the region. It is headed by a chair appointed by decree of the President of Ukraine.

Russian drone attack on Sumy injures at least two and damages civilian sites
Russian forces launched a large drone attack on Sumy overnight, striking civilian infrastructure in three parts of the city and damaging residential areas in the Kovpakivskyi district. At least two people were injured and received medical assistance, while cleanup and repairs continued.
