Vladimir Putin has proposed a three-way summit with Donald Trump and Xi Jinping to discuss ending the war in Ukraine on terms favorable to Russia, with the Kremlin suggesting the meeting be held on the sidelines of the APEC summit in Shenzhen on 18–19 November.
