Ukraine strikes Energia plant in Yelets, damaging workshop making power components for Russian weapons
Ukrainian forces attacked the Energia plant in Yelets, Lipetsk Oblast, on October 25 and overnight into October 26, damaging a workshop that produces power components for Russian weapons and causing a fire. The General Staff said the strike could complicate Russia’s supply of batteries and other power components. The same reporting round covered attacks on the Proton-Elektroteks plant, a drone facility in the Donetsk region and the Tol'yattiKauchuk plant.
