State Treasury Service of Ukraine
The State Treasury Service of Ukraine (DKSU) is the central executive body responsible for keeping the accounts of the state budget and providing treasury servicing of public funds. It is subordinate to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and manages the Single Treasury Account, distributes budget allocations, and oversees the targeted use of state funds. Since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion it has ensured the uninterrupted financing of state spending and the servicing of external borrowings.
