State Tax Service of Ukraine
The State Tax Service of Ukraine (STS or DPS) is the central executive body responsible for implementing state tax policy, administering taxes and fees, and enforcing tax legislation. It maintains the register of taxpayers, conducts tax audits, and collects revenues that flow into the state budget. The service operates under the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and is governed by the Tax Code of Ukraine.
