State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection

The State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection (SSSCIP) is the central executive body of Ukraine responsible for special communications, cybersecurity and information protection. Subordinated to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, it oversees government communications, counters cyber threats and coordinates incident response. The service hosts CERT-UA, the Ukrainian national Computer Emergency Response Team, which monitors and investigates cyberattacks. It also ensures the security of government networks and coordinates the protection of critical infrastructure.
