State Service of Special Communications
The State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine is a central executive body responsible for government communications, cybersecurity and the protection of state information resources. It reports directly to the Cabinet of Ministers. Its Computer Emergency Response Team, CERT-UA, operates as a structural unit of the service and handles cyber-incident response for the country.
