State Property Fund of Ukraine
The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF) is a central executive body that implements state policy in the management of state-owned assets, including privatization, lease, and valuation of state property. The Fund carries out the privatization of state enterprises and exercises corporate governance functions in the state-owned sector of the economy. It is headed by a chief appointed under the procedure established by law. The SPF's work is focused on transparent and effective privatization and on fulfilling Ukraine's international commitments in reforming state ownership.
