State Emergency Service of Odesa region
The State Emergency Service department for Odesa Oblast is a regional branch of Ukraine's SES (DSNS), operating within the oblast. It handles emergency response, firefighting, rescue operations and the aftermath of shelling in Odesa and the surrounding region. It reports to the central SES headquarters in Kyiv.
