State Ecological Inspectorate
The State Ecological Inspectorate of Ukraine is a central executive body responsible for state supervision and control in the field of environmental protection, rational use and reproduction of natural resources. It monitors compliance with environmental legislation by enterprises and organisations, investigates cases of environmental pollution, and brings violators to account. The Inspectorate operates under the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine.
