State Duma of Russia
The State Duma of the Russian Federation is the lower house of the Federal Assembly, the legislature of Russia. It consists of 450 deputies elected for five-year terms under a mixed electoral system. It functions as the permanent legislative chamber, with the upper house being the Federation Council. Its seat is in Moscow on Okhotny Ryad.
