Staff meeting (Stavka)
The Staff of the Commander-in-Chief, commonly known as the Stavka, is a consultative and decision-making body chaired by the President of Ukraine that coordinates strategic defence and security policy. Its regular meetings bring together the heads of the security and armed forces, relevant ministers and senior officials. It became especially prominent after Russia's full-scale invasion of 2022 as the forum for major military and wartime decisions.
