Spetstekhnoexport is a Ukrainian state-owned company operating in the defence sector's foreign economic activity. It handles the export and import of military and dual-use goods and services on behalf of the state. The company is subordinate to the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and is part of the state-owned conglomerate Ukroboronprom.
