Southern District Military Court
The Southern District Military Court of the Russian Federation is a federal court of general jurisdiction that handles criminal cases involving servicemembers of the Russian Armed Forces and other structures under the Ministry of Defence. It operates within the Southern Federal District and is one of four district-level military courts in Russia's military justice system, alongside the Western, Central and Eastern district courts. Its jurisdiction covers southern regions of the country, including Rostov Oblast, Krasnodar Krai and surrounding territories.
