Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Korea
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea is the central executive body responsible for conducting the country's foreign policy. It is headed by a Minister appointed by the President upon the recommendation of the Prime Minister and confirmed by the National Assembly, and is based in Seoul. The Ministry manages diplomatic relations with foreign states, international negotiations, and consular affairs.
